Student Email Password

What is it?
This is the account SSC students use to access their Seminole State College student email and Office 365 account at Your email address is your My Seminole State
This email will be created when you finish your school application and are able to enroll in classes. This account is deleted after 3 semesters of non-enrollment with Seminole State College.

What does this account share its password with?

The student email account password is shared with Canvas, on campus computer login, on campus wifi, verifyMyFAFSA, and Adobe sign in for select classes.
How do I change this password?

To change this password, please go to and click Forgot Password, enter your username, complete the CAPTCHA, then select secret questions and answers. When you change your password this way, it may take up to 30 minutes to work on your student email. If you have not created your secret questions and answers and do not see this option, please submit a ticket.

What information to provide in your ticket:

Please provide your student ID number and username, your birthday, your current home address on file, and the last 5 digits of your SSN. If this information is not provided, the ticket will be deleted.
