How to Check Out Photography Equipment

Please submit this form is you are interested in checking out equipment from the Marketing & Communications department. For additional information, view our equipment checkout list.

  • Equipment is available to faculty and staff only. Any use of equipment for personal benefit or profit is prohibited.
  • Requests must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Early reservation increases availability as our equipment is in high demand.
  • All equipment must be returned within one week of the checkout date.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee equipment reservation. If your request is accepted, you will receive confirmation of your checkout schedule through email with calendar appointment invitations.
  • Upon approval, equipment can be picked up and returned directly to the photographer in the Marketing office (C100) on the Sanford/Lake Mary campus at the scheduled time.
