There are two ways of editing your captions on your Panopto videos, either directly on the screen or through the Edit Caption window.
Direct editing
Click the box with the incorrect caption
Click in the box with the word that needs to be corrected. All the words in the box will become highlighted.
Select the word to be corrected
Click on the word that needs to be corrected and correct the word.
Deselect the corrected word box
Click outside of the box to accept the changes.
Edit Caption window
Open the Edit Caption window
Click the more items icon [1] to the right of the box with the word that needs to be corrected and select the word Edit [2]
Correct the captions
Edit the captions as necessary [1].
Click Save {2] to save the changes.
Save the corrections
Click Apply to save the corrections to the captions.
