The Panopto Recorder can be installed on your computer so you can create videos for various uses at Seminole State College.
Faculty and staff
If a faculty or staff member does not have a "Creator" account in Panopto(and cannot download the recorder), please contact elearning@seminolestate.edu.
Students
Students will download Panopto directly from their Canvas class site. For more information see Uploading an audio/video assignment to Panopto (students
Sign in to Panopto
Go to https://seminolestate.hosted.panopto.com/ and click Sign In. The Canvas login screen will appear.
Log in with your Network credentials
Enter your Canvas (Network) user name [1].
Enter your Canvas (Network) password [2].
Click Log In [3].
Click Download Panopto
Click the Download Panopto button underneath your name. The Download & Record window will appear.
Download the desired installer
Click the desired Installer to download it to your computer and click the installer to install Pnaopto.
